Most Rev. Devprasad Ganawa, SVD, has served as Bishop of Udaipur since his installation on 18 February 2013. Ordained a priest on 27 October 1982, he has served in parish ministry, priestly formation and pastoral leadership during his years of service to the Church
French Capuchin missionaries arrived in the Rajputana Agency, establishing early healthcare posts and schools in Ajmer, Jaipur, and Southern Rajasthan.
